Very enjoyable and so close to where we had to do business. Could be more space for parking though.

Clean hotel with an incredibly nice staff and well-equipped rooms. Breakfast with toast and yogurt, as example. Location close enough to Solihull or Birmingham, the garden and Solihull town centre. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The owner, helen, was super cute. My room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was lovely, just the right size. Plus, the location is great, surrounded by greenery and parking was available. I got a solid night's sleep, no complaints!
The ensuite was a bit small and the shower wasn't as powerful as i hoped. The heating took a bit to warm up in the morning.

The location was spot on, right near bus stops making trips to Solihull and Birmingham easy. Helen, the owner, gave a warm welcome and. My room felt cozy even if it was a bit small-very clean and well-equipped, with a comfy bed, TV, and even a mini fridge. The ensuite bathroom was nice, but quite compact. Breakfast was a highlight. Lots of options and freshly made. The hallway noise from other guests was a minor issue, but it didn't ruin my stay. I had some great dinners nearby and appreciated the local dining recommendations. A fantastic value for the money overall, I'd definitely come back.

The location was peaceful and close to parks. Breakfast was lovely and on time. The owner was warm and helpful with directions getting to the train station.
The shower was difficult to use and the bathroom needed better upkeep. The beds were noisy and I had trouble sleeping due to sounds from outside.
